Seventeen-year-old Oludamilola Oluwadara Adekeye has been celebrating a few accomplishments lately. The Nigerian teen was recently accepted into 19 universities around the world.
In an interview with CNN, Adekeye shared that 19 of the 20 universities she applied to accepted her. Her acceptances include top universities like Yale University, Stanford University, London School of Economics, McGill University and Columbia University.
Adekeye is currently a student at Brighton College in Abu Dhabi. She told CNN that in addition to the acceptances she’s received worldwide, she launched a new extracurricular at her current school.

"I'm in three musical groups, and I started a fourth" Adekeye said.
She added that while she's undecided about her major, she'll likely double major in international relations and economics.
Adekeye's impressive acceptances joins the list of stories recently published of black students celebrating their college acceptance letters.
