It’s already difficult finding the perfect Mother's Day gift to aptly embody your love for your day one, but one rapper has the right idea.
Rapper G Herbo gave the mother of longtime girlfriend Ariana Fletcher a gift that keeps on giving: an early retirement. He's making sure that she will never want for anything or have to work tirelessly to live well. During a Mother's Day dinner Sunday, May 13, Herbo made the announcement on Instagram to his two million fans.
"WE GOING HARD FR ROUND THESE PARTS NIGGA MY MAMA AINT HAD A JOB IN 4 YRS BEEN TOLD MY BITCH STOP WORKING @ THE CLUB AS SOON AS I STARTED LIKING HER FR," he wrote on Instagram. "THIS TUESDAY NIGGAA MY BABY MAMA’S MAMA AINT GOTTA WORK NOMO???? FRFR ONLY WORK IS ME WORKING & EVERYBODY ELSE WORKING TO KEEP US TOGETHER."
For four years, his mother has been able to put her feet up and take a load off. And Fletcher hasn't had to work since the two began seriously dating. She celebrates her first Mother's Day with Herbo and their newborn child.
Not only did he surprise his girlfriend's mom, the "Who Run It" artist also hid $20,000 in a car seat waiting for Flecther to find.
