Women's public restrooms are generally more decked out than men's. While some women's rooms sometimes have fancy additions men's lack like couches, one thing almost every women's room has are baby-changing tables. The same isn't true of men's restrooms, and a viral photo posted by 31-year-old father Donte Palmer has people wondering why.
Palmer posted a picture of himself, taken by his 12-year-old son, Isaiah, squatting in the men's restroom as he changed his son's diaper because there was no changing table:

“We are active fathers,” Palmer told The Washington Post, referencing himself and other fathers who live that stroller-pushing life and long for the amenities mothers have. "We don’t want to have to get in the man squat to change diapers the rest of our lives.”
Palmer, a resident of St. Augustine, Florida, said thousands of fathers have reached out to him in support and even flaunted their diaper-changing squats in solidarity. Now men are posting about their experiences with the hashtag, #SquatForChange.

According to FOX 35, Palmer's photo could bring change to the state of Florida. Local and state lawmakers have contacted Palmer about legislation that would turn his hopes into reality. Overall, though, the dad said he wants the #SquatForChange movement to encourage his fellow fathers to become more active in their children's lives.
