A young Black girl was seen participating in a hip-hop cowboys competition in an adorable video posted to Instagram, riding what appears to be a sheep.

Her parents, social media influencers Nick and Keeundra Hatley Smith, posted the video, showing Knaomi hyping herself up while wearing a pink cowboy set.

“So proud of my girl Knaomi. Our family attends these rodeos every year, and every year she begs to be apart of this particular event. It’s typically for young males so Ive never really took her serious. Welp, This past weekend she participated in the @hiphopcowboys rodeo mutton bustin event and did amazing! Way to end Women’s history month baby girl!” the post read.

“I’m ready, let’s go. I’m ready,” the young girl proclaims to herself in the clip shared on Instagram.

“You got this,” another young girl tells Knaomi who was the only girl at the competition.

The video then shows Knaomi walking out to the ring wearing a helmet and protedctive gear before being placed on the sheep. She held tightly as the sheep jetted out of the cage before she was knocked off after a few seconds. But according to the video, Knaomi was thrilled by the experience and even received a trophy.
