Tia Mowry shared an emotional video on her Instagram of her son reacting to getting accepted into his dream school, according to People.

During the clip, Cory Hardict asks their son Cree Taylor “Were you good in school today?”

After responding “yes,” Hardrict hands him an electronic device, saying, “I’m going to show you what your teacher said, OK? Read this.”

Cree reads the message and is immediately overwhelmed with emotion after learning he got accepted into his desired school. He then hugs his father as his tears flow and Mowry laughs with excitement off camera.

“Telling our son he got into his dream school. A new favorite memory and dream come true for us all,” Mowry wrote in the caption of the video.

“SO proud of @creehardrict for getting accepted into the school of his DREAMS. As a mother, my goal was and is always to support and give my children the opportunities I never had as a child and this week, BOTH of our dreams came true! Congrats, Cree it’s only up from here. Mommy loves you and we got you!” she continued.

Mowry married Hardrict in 2008, and the couple also has a 3-year-old daughter named Cairo Tiahna.

Host of the show Cooking Channel’s Tia Mowry at Home, the actress discusses the lessons she teaches children.

“Children learn through observation, so I would want them to say that Mommy was a doer. She wanted us to work hard, and we saw Mommy working hard,” she said to People in 2020.
