There’s been an uproar on Twitter after a video surfaced of Tommie feuding with Yung Miami and a group of her friends, including Saucy Santana. Now, Tommie is addressing the feud and sharing her side of the story, according to The Shade Room.
In an Instagram Live video, the 38-year-old said she didn’t greet a person in the group, alleging that the unidentified person wrote negative things about her in the past.
“When ya’ll writing stuff on the blogs that are negative or derogative towards people, I feel like you should stand on that,” she said in the video. “Don’t speak to that person, don’t expect that person to speak back to you.”
She also shut down rumors that the altercation happened because she was drunk.
“About the drunk comments, I worked all day Sunday,” she said. “We were literally going to get something to eat and never really went because the vibe was killed.”
“I spoke to everyone that I spoke to that I f**k with and I didn’t speak to you and you got mad,” she added, appearing to direct her comments toward the person she ignored.
Tommie expressed that she thinks it’s “crazy” how things blew up since the video surfaced. She also addressed backlash she received about being too grown to get into a public altercation. She said she understands the criticism but “you’re never too grown to have an argument with someone.”
“I wasn’t even in the spirit to fight or anything. Why would I fight you because I didn’t speak to you?” she said.
The Love & Hip Hop star also cleared up rumors about being involved with Diddy at one point.
“Ain’t no Diddy, Tommie, none of that. I’ve never been with Diddy. Whatever is going on, on Twitter, I don’t even know about it,” she said, also mentioning that she doesn’t even have a Twitter account.
Tommie also posted a picture of Yung Miami and Santana on her Instagram stories, writing “all love & support this way…the end.”
Yung Miami took to social media to clear the air, too. After a viewer tweeted her, asking what happened, she responded, “Literally NOTHING!”
