Toni Braxton brought unbridled joy to the internet when she posted a video of herself performing Beyoncé’s hit song, “Cuff It.” The legendary singer stood in front of a bathroom mirror, wearing a black hoodie and a matching back baseball cap, and recorded a selfie as she showed off her famous vocals.

“Getting dressed and ready for the weekend… tryin’ to cuff it up @beyonce”, Braxton wrote when she posted her video to Instagram.

The internet responded with gratitude after Braxton performed the popular track from Beyoncé’s Rennaisance album.

Braxton and Beyoncé have had some notable interactions through the years. In October 2018, Beyoncé donned a Braxton-inspired costume for Halloween, Essence reports. As she paid homage to Braxton’s 1993 self-titled debut, Beyoncé referred to herself as “Phony Braxton.”

“Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends,” Beyoncé wrote at the time.  “Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens.”
