Check out Jessamyn Stanley as she leads an active yoga class that is great for beginners and intermediate yogis alike. She will guide you through poses such as child’s pose, cat and cow pose, down dog and chaturanga. The focus of this class is to “open the shoulders and bring your heart forward.”
