Queen Latifah is a CoverGirl again after 21 years since she first partnered with the brand, according to People. Over the course of her 15-year collaboration with CoverGirl, Latifah played an integral role in making the brand more accessible to people of color with the Queen Collection, Essence reports. The collection included complexion, lip and eye products that were formulated with Black and brown skin in mind.

The collection was recognized for being impactful for women of darker skin complexions, and after hearing about Latifah’s comeback with CoverGirl, fans are crossing their fingers that the Queen Collection will return, too.

The “U.N.I.T.Y.” rapper announced the exciting news on Instagram.

“You know what they say…Once a COVERGIRL, always a COVERGIRL,” she said in the caption. “It is such an honor to be back with the @COVERGIRL family and be able to work alongside boundary-pushing, diverse, and game-changing women. I am so excited to pick up where we left off and continue to make the beauty industry more inclusive and accessible for all.”

Now, Twitter is remembering how good the collection really was and calling for its return.

“I’m so excited about this because I looooved the Queen Collection. It’s so hard to find now,” one user wrote on the platform.

“Okayy!!Okay!!! Let’s bring the queen collection back,” another urged.

A few fans said they are hoping to see the CoverGirl Queen Natural Hue Mineral Bronzer from the Queen Collection return.

“Yesssss!” they wrote. “And please bring back the Queen Collection (that bronzer specifically!!)” one user wrote on Twitter.

Viewers on Instagram are excited about the Queen Collection potentially coming back, too.

“Wait, wait, does this mean the Queen Collection is coming back??” one user wrote on Instagram.

“We need your ENTIRE makeup collection released again,” another said.

Hopefully the social media chatter will inspired a Queen Collection 2.0.
