A hoax dating rumor that Pete Davidson and Ice Spice were an item has caused the internet to virtually ignite.

It has been the customary practice to circulate stories without first verifying their validity or establishing their credibility, and this trend will likely continue.

A Twitter user started this bizarre scandal, and others quickly picked it up, as noted by Allhiphop. Some naive people are probably pleased by this, given Pete’s affinity for attractive ladies. Nonetheless, since it started to spread, most people have been aware that this rumor is fake.

It was speculated that rapper Lil Tjay and Ice Spice were an item after he dropped some paper on the redheaded vixen on Valentine’s Day, lacing her with a Richard Millie watch valued at $150,000.  

According to Ice Spice’s friends and family, Tjay and her don’t go together. However, he still wanted to get her a meaningful gift to commemorate the success of their recent collaborative effort, “Gangsta Boo.” Tjay’s six-figure gift was an RM-05 Rose Gold with a white band, and it was ready for pickup on Valentine’s Day from the famous NYC jeweler Benny the Jeweler, as reported by TMZ. We have to say, that’s a mighty friendly gift!
