Social media influencer and entreprenuer Coach Stormy does not take a day off. Her commitment to guiding the masses is real, even if the message comes through a cookout plate. Coach Stormy, whose real name is Stormy Wellington, found some choice words for her friend, who she thought had too much food on her plate at a cookout.

The detox tea queen called her friend Tammy Price’s spread “low vibration” and said it looked like it belonged to a ‘”hood rat.” Although Stormy attempted to drop some gems, social media peeped some bully behavior.

Twitter user @Drutejada called out Stormy’s need to always have an opinion, posting, “She think everything is a fucking lesson and her homegirls just sitting eating her d**k.”

While most of us just saw a delicious plate of food, Stormy saw a coaching moment. As she picked over Price’s plate, she began her lesson.

“I would never eat a plate that looks like this. You couldn’t even pay me a million dollars to do that to myself. I deserve better than that.”

Visually disgusted, Stormy continued, “It’s low vibration, and you took it. I would have been like, ‘Don’t play me like that. I’ll tell you what I want; you don’t tell me what I want.'”

Price chimed in with her thoughts, saying, “So my thought process is, you can put it on my plate, but I don’t have to eat it. I got the discipline.”

Stormy wasn’t letting it slide. “I wouldn’t even look at it. That makes you look bad. I’m a queen. A queen’s plate don’t look like that. If we put these two plates together and say who’s royalty, they would say this person.”

Price agreed, and Stormy opined at her friend’s plate, “That’s a hood rat.”

Price clearly drank the kool-aid because she started consigning with her friend.

“Some people just give people what they want them to have, and some people just accept it. And Stormy is teaching me right now, don’t accept what they put on your plate.”

Price is a sales representative of Stormy’s Total Life Changes wellness product empire, and seems to be on board with whatever her leader has to say.

On her Instagram, Price captioned the video of the plate bashing, “I would rather be the rich student than a broke friend! I learned so much from my Coach yesterday! Humility is the key here @coachstormy perspective is everything.”

While Price sees the engagement as enrichment, social media saw it as unnecessary.

@_MunecaMorenita would have enjoyed her food either way.

@Drutejada didn’t agree with the message, to begin with, and she definitely wasn’t feeling Stormy getting too close to Price’s potato salad.

And did Stormy ever truly tell us what a high vibrational plate is supposed to look like?

Others say the viral moment as an opportunity, with @FatKidDeals handing out deals for all of your low vibrational cookouts needs.

Some users, like @barrie_bradshaw, saw some mean girl behavior behind Stormy’s lesson.

@Starshineee89 agreed it could have been handled differently.

And @mynejas called out the toxicity of it all.

After her public coaching, it seems Price took control of her plate at the next function.

And to the dismay of social media, Price and Stormy’s friendship/mentorship seems intact.

The two ladies posed on Stormy’s yacht in a photo captioned, “Drink your detox tea because you full of shxt … always talking shxt and ain’t gone be shxt if you keep talking what you don’t know shxt about !! Goodnight”

Tell us what you think. Did Coach Stormy drop some gems with a side of potato salad, or should her rant get tossed in the trash?
