Bill Nye the Science Guy and Tyler, the Creator are joining forces to make science lit in the first trailer of the second season of Bill Nye Saves the World.
In the trailer, Tyler learns to make a "shoe wheel of death," which simultaneously underwhelms and intrigues the Grammy-nominated artist. This isn't the first time the two have collaborated. Last year, Tyler remixed the Bill Nye the Science Guy theme song for Nye's Netflix show, according to The Fader.
After releasing his latest throwaway hit "Okra," Tyler, the Creator has been active on Twitter promoting the single and interacting with fans and critics. The rapper, known for his offbeat style, usually avoids conflict by posting funny, topical thoughts randomly.
But this time he didn't stay quiet. A Twitter user named Edoardo Bellu who complained, "Man you sadly overpromoting this 2-minute song" recently attracted Tyler's attention, reports Pigeons and Planes.
In a now-deleted tweet, Tyler went for the critic's jugular and made him regret ever tweeting him again.
"Yes, also effort went into this, I'm proud of it, and that's what I'm spose to do, let the world know about it and not give up after one day of putting it out eat my dick stupid."
Tyler later clarified what "throwaway" meant for those who just refused to get it.
Throwaway is used as ITS NOT GOING ON AN ALBUM, ITS NOT A SINGLE FOR AN UPCOMING PROJECT, ITS NOT AN EXAMPLE OF THE SOUND IM GOING FOR NEXT, ITS JUST ITS OWN ONE OFF THING THAT EXIST ON ITS OWN THAT I WANTED TO SHARE COME ON NOW YALL https://t.co/GUBd6Ane3j
