Here are 3 clips from the upcoming "Magic Mike XXL," featuring Jada Pinkett Smith (as club owner), Stephen “tWitch” Boss (as one of the dancers), and Donald Glover (also one of the dancers).

The trio join fellow newcomers Elizabeth Banks, Michael Strahan, Gabriel Iglesias, Andie MacDowell, and Amber Heard in the sequel to the hit 2012 movie starring Channing Tatum, which is based on his early days as a male stripper.

Greg Jacobs, assistant director to Steven Soderbergh on the first film, directed this one. He has said that the sequel will be different from the first film: "It’s a road trip movie, and put it this way: It’s different enough that once you see it you’ll understand why we made a sequel… No one will be accusing us of making the same movie twice." 

Matt Bomer and Joe Manganiello will be reprising their roles.

The first "Magic Mike" was was a hit, earning $113 million in domestic box office; a Broadway musical based on the movie is also in the works.

The sequel opens July 1, 2015.
