New poster a few days ago, now followed by a new trailer – the second one I believe, introduced by director Brad Bird – for the 4th installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise, titled Ghost Protocol, which sees the return of Tom Cruise (I haven’t seen much of Ving Rhames in marketing materials for the film thus far, though he’s listed in the credits), as well as the addition of newcomers Paula Patton, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg and others, with Renner’s role here being Cruise’s heir apparent, as this might be his last go-round with the franchise.

The film opens December 21.
