Speaking of Lee Daniels (see my post just before this one)…

Fox and company certainly want to make sure that you don’t forget about season 2 of "Empire," returning this fall, given the non-stop marketing blitz since its first season ended a few months ago. It’s been relentless! At least, from my POV. 

No intro necessary… by now, you all likely know enough about the series and who’s in it, even if you haven’t watched a single episode!

Here’s a first full trailer for season 2 which will unfold over 18 episodes (the first season had 12), split into 2 halves, premiering in the fall (instead of as a mid-season replacement, which was the case during its first season), with the second half in the winter of 2016.

"Empire" returns September 23 at 9/8c.
