The news of one of Hollywood’s favorite couple’s recent breakup has welcomed fans’ banter on social media, breaking down their ideas and opinion on what they think happened to cause the young couple to end suddenly.

This wouldn’t be the first time both Harvey and Jordan’s dating lives have been subject to onlookers’ social media comments and debates–whether together or not.

In 2016, Harvey dated MLS player Memphis Depay. Depay proposed to Harvey the following year with a short-lived engagement; the couple ended their relationship in 2018.

Enjoying the single life, Harvey began cutting one man after the other on the chopping block (as she should).

Many bachelors sought out Harvey– Pilly rapper Meek Mill wrote about her being on his “wishlist,” which put her in the stream on internet conversations.

She dated some of the industry’s heartthrobs and elite moneymakers like Justin Combs shortly after Depay, Trey Songz in late 2018 to mid-2019, and Diddy in 2019, which had fans scratching their heads as to how Harvey managed to date both father and son.

Before meeting Jordan, her most public relationship was with Atlanta rapper, Future from 2019 until August 2020.

Following Future and Harvey’s split, the PLUTO artist has sent the vapors Harvey’s way, dissing her and new beau Jordan in his verse on 42 Dugg’s “Maybach.”

Freebandz fans defended the rapper’s shady comments toward Harvey several times while others poked fun at the “toxic king” for finally getting hit where it hurts, the heart.

This public breakup seems no different from her last as fans come to either Jordan or Harvey’s side on social media.

One Twitter user tweeted, “My only real thoughts on the Michael B Jordan thing is why did you think you were about to pull a super young, vibrant popular socialite into marriage? She’s a kid. Your bad bro. Take your L.”

Another user insisted that the Twitter world stops with the made-up scenarios because we know neither of the people involved in the breakup.

“Here’s your reminder that you were not involved in Lori Harvey and Michael B Jordan’s relationship so spare us all your long think pieces about why they didn’t work out,” the user tweeted.

According to PEOPLE, an inside source claims Harvey and Jordan are still in love with each other despite the split and that they’ve taken in a lot of positive lessons from the relationship.

“Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken,” the source told PEOPLE. “They still love each other” the source said.

“Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time,” the source told PEOPLE. “They had great times together and brought out the best in each other,” the source added.

Steve Harvey has also subtweeted about his daughter’s public breakup.
