Former First lady Michelle Obama's non-profit voting initiative When We All Vote is preparing for its National Week of Action in a creative and major way. The organization released a PSA on Thursday revealing it is helping people register to vote through a new text message campaign. By texting "WeAllVote" to 97779 you can begin the registration process.

“The truth is, when we stay home, things stay the same or they get worse,” Obama says. “When we all vote, we get new ideas and new energy…we get leaders who share our values and listen to our voices. That’s how we change America.”

While there are many politicians eager to be the change we want to see, they can't get very far without our help or our votes.

The Week of Action kicks off Saturday with multiple events taking place across the country. Mrs. Obama is slated to be at rallies in Las Vegas on September 23 and Miami on September 28. Fellow co-chairs making their rounds in the name of We All Vote include Janelle Monáe, Chris Paul, Tom Hanks and Faith Hill along with Loni Love, Keegan-Michael Key and Shonda Rhimes.
