Black parents hold the crown for "ass whoopins" like no other. However, one white father from Muncie, Indiana may have temporarily snatched that crown, thanks to his latest venture, which has gone viral.
That white father is Dwayne A. Stamper, Sr.
Stamper recently set up a roadside booth featuring a sign reading “Free Ass Whoopins!,” according to the Huffington Post.
Stamper's booth features paddles ready to go, and has just one rule: spankings will only be given to children 13-years-old or younger. The proprietor of the new stand said this is because anyone older "may whoop me."
Stamper is definitely about that corporal punishment life, and says his inspiration came after witnessing an incident in which a mother allowed her child to throw a tantrum after being denied gum.
His post was shared over 170,000 times, and prompted reactions ranging from amusement to chastisement over his controversial punishment methods.

Because when has a beating ever made anyone into a better person? You reap what you sow. Case in point: I'd bet he'll say "My parents beat me and I turned out okay" Many would disagree. He is a grown man who wants to beat children. We have jails for people like that.

According to an American Academy of Pediatrics report, discipline is a "vital part of good parenting," but the academy errs on the side of caution when it comes to physical punishment.
“That only teaches aggressive behavior, and becomes ineffective if used often. Instead, use appropriate timeouts for young children. Discipline older children by temporarily removing favorite privileges, such as sports activities or playing with friends,” noted the report.
“Kids who haven’t had a whooping by the age of 13 can’t be changed by a paddle — they have no fear,” Stamper, who is a father of five, told Yahoo! Lifetstyle. “Child abuse is smacking a child with your hand or fist anywhere other than the butt.”
