Lil Wayne just settled his lawsuit with Birdman, but that victory may be short-lived thanks to another lawsuit accusing the "6 Foot 7 Foot" rapper of a hate crime.

Andrew Nunemacher says he was working security at Los Angeles’ Hyde nightclub when he encountered Wayne and his entourage, reports Atlanta Black Star. After some of Weezy’s people were not allowed into the club, Nunemacher says the rapper punched him in the face.

According to the lawsuit, Wayne also threw a glass at his face and yelled, “f**k you, white boy.”

Nunemacher says he was attacked because of his “Caucasian ancestry and descent” and is seeking damages from Lil Wayne, his record label and the nightclub. He is suing for $25,000 in civil penalties for personal damages and wants compensation for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Wayne’s camp says Nunemacher is lying and any retaliatory action was self-defense, not discrimination.
