“Love & Basketball” – Directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, this drama centers on the enduring relationship of Monica (Sanaa Lathan) and Quincy (Omar Epps), as the pair grow up loving basketball, and eventually fall in love with one another.
“Fatal Beauty” – Whoopi Goldberg stars as Detective Rita Rizzoli, an undercover cop who gets tangled up in a case involving a hijacked drug shipment. This 1987 action film offers up Sam Elliott as an unexpected, but charming, co-star for the Academy Award-winning actress.
“Beyonce: Life is But a Dream” – The fiercely private pop star offers up a rare personal look at her life on stage and at home in her directorial debut, which features intense concert footage as well as video blogs Beyoncé recorded herself on her laptop.
