Many celebrities are quick with the clapback when black Twitter comes for them, but Zendaya recently took her shade in stride, showing once again why we stan for her.
On Wednesday, the former K.C. Undercover star posted a poolside photo with her dog.
"Anyone who knows Noon knows he does not f*ck with the pool (so proud mom moment) he got to the first step all on his own,” she wrote.

The dog is cute, but her fans zeroed in on her feet and proceeded to roast her:

Instead of getting shady, Zendaya laughed with Twitter:
Y’all ain’t bout to do my feet with the water warping ????????????

She's a great sport and that's one of the things we love about her. If that's not enough for you, here are a few more reasons to love Zendaya:
1. She's not afraid to confront colorism and acknowledge her light-skinned privilege.
Most light-skinned celebrities get defensive when you ask them about colorism, but Zendaya readily admits her skin tone gives her an advantage.
"I am Hollywood's acceptable version of a black girl and that has to change," the 21-year-old said during a panel at Beautycon in April. "We're vastly too beautiful and too interesting for me to be the only representation of that."
This isn't the first time she's stood up for her dark-skinned counterparts. She landed the cover of Cosmopolitan when she was 19-years-old and even then, she was wise beyond her years.
"Can I honestly say that I’ve had to face the same racism and struggles as a woman with darker skin? No, I cannot," she told the magazine. "I have not walked in her shoes and that is unfair of me to say. But I’m completely behind that woman. I want to be a part of the movement and growth. And if I get put in a position because of the color of my skin where people will listen to me, then I should use that privilege the right way."
2. She does one hell of a Erykah Badu impression.

Zendaya was barely a year old when Erykah Badu released "Tyrone," but she nailed the song during her guest spot on Lip Sync Battle in May 2017. Sis even sported a Baduizm-style headwrap on stage. Her Spider-Man: Homecoming star and karaoke competitor Tom Holland looked shook and honestly, we can't blame him. Zendaya's performance was so impressive that Badu herself was blown away.
@Zendaya why you snap like that ?

3. She ain't afraid of being hood.
Cardi B interviewed the Oakland native for CR Fashion Book, and asked the actress about her roots in a way only the "Bartier Cardi" rapper can.
"To me, you seem so angelic. You know, you are the Disney star. You seem like such a sweetheart. But … I know you're from Oakland. My best friend is from Oakland, and she's hood as f*ck. That b*tch is a f*cking gangster. Do you think that you got some hood in you?" Cardi asked.
Zendaya didn't miss a beat and put on for her city.
"Absolutely, there is definitely 'hood' in me and it will never leave. It’s part of who I am, as it is part of my family," she replied. "Listen, I was born and raised in Oakland, all my family is from there — multiple generations of Colemans. And they’re not from the Oakland Hills, we are from the hoods of Oakland. It’s something that I’m proud of and I’m lucky to be where I’m from."
4. She gives back to the community.
Wakanda forever…Oakland forever. Thank you to all the beautiful young people of my home town for joining me this weekend. You all, much like this movie, are absolutely brilliant✨ #BlackPanther

Unsurprisingly, Zendaya constantly donates her time and resources to the less fortunate. In February, she treated 300 kids to a screening of Black Panther in her hometown. For her 18th birthday, she sponsored a campaign with Convoy Of Hope to feed hungry children in developing countries, and she did a similar initiative for kids in Los Angeles for Christmas 2017. When she turned 21, instead of buying her first legal drink, she focused on helping victims of Hurricane Harvey. Her charity work could be its own listicle.
5. She's a member of the BeyHive.
Zendaya is one of the famous faces we recognized in Lemonade, but she was a fan of Queen Bey way before that cameo, and was honored to work with her.
"I’m just obsessed with Beyoncé and have been since my birth,” she told Good Morning America. “Just to be there and really learn from her and see how amazing she is – how detail oriented. It was just cool to just sit back and watch.”
She also proved her allegiance to the hive by dedicating a dance to Beyonce during her stint on Dancing With The Stars.
What more can we say? Zendaya is pure black girl magic.
