After news of Rick Ross' hospitalization surfaced on Friday, 50 Cent took to Instagram to voice his utter lack of concern for his former rival.

On Thursday, March 1, the Miami rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital in Dave, Florida because he showed signs of heavy breathing and distress, according to TMZ. There have been witness accounts claiming that Ross was drooling from his mouth when emergency responders arrived to his home.

As early as 2011, Ross has had a history of seizures. Previous reports stated that he had two seizures within six hours and was hospitalized in Birmingham, Alabama. Blavity reported that rappers across the country have reached out to his family and offered their prayers once they discovered that Ross was found unresponsive.

However, 50 Cent offered something different. In an Instagram post from Friday, he posted a screen cap of the Russian boxer Ivan Drago from Rocky IV standing over Apollo Creed. The post has no caption but anyone familiar with the movie knows that he says "If he dies, he dies."

The two rappers have been engaged in an ongoing feud that peaked with a leaked sex tape of Ross's ex Lastonia Leviston in 2015. She alleged 50 posted of her, he turned around and filed a suit accusing Ross of leaking the tape. She was awarded $7 million for her trouble.

Almost an hour later, a post of Al Pacino's Scarface went up with the caption "Yeah I'm different."
