A few days ago a video began circulating of Girl Scout troop 176 in Cecil County, Maryland being subjected to racial remarks from adults. The incident happened on April 29 after a public meeting where the girl scouts spoke out about animal abuse. Passersby heckled them, telling them to “Go back to Baltimore, where you belong.”
