That moment when black joy is so incredible, bigots can't handle it and try to destroy it.
In 2017, Harvard University held its first black commencement ceremony.
According to USA Today, 24-year-old Nicholas Zuckerman threatened to bomb the campus and shoot students during the 2017 ceremony in an attempt to "end their pro-black agenda."
"If the blacks only ceremony happens, then I encourage violence and death at it. I’m thinking two automatics with extendo clips. Just so no n*gger gets away,” Zuckerman wrote in the comment section of a Harvard Instagram post.
Because we really can't have anything. Videos of the 2017 commencement ceremony were full of peak black joy, including the legendary "swag surf" tradition.
Congratulations to #BlackatHarvard you are all an inspiration to every black child out there.

Zuckerman faces federal charges for the threats.
On Saturday, June 9, the United States Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts, released an official statement on the matter, confirming Zuckerman was indicted on two counts of "transmitting in interstate and foreign commerce a threat to injure the person of another."
"The charge of transmitting in interstate and foreign commerce a threat to injure the person of another of provides for a sentence of no greater than five years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000," read the statement.
Zuckerman is expected to appear in federal court in Boston at a later date.
