Despite the heavily reported backstage fight between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross (and will somebody PLEASE tell him to stop pulling up his shirt) the ratings for BET's Hip-Hop Awards show on Tuesday night took a serious drop in ratings and viewership.
This Tuesday's show was down 1 million viewers from last year's show, pulling in just slightly over 3 million viewers, as compared to 4.1 millions viewers a year ago.
As a result, the network's new reality show, Keyshia and Dainel: Family First, got lower ratings and viewership than the sit-com Reed Between the Lines, which premiered after last year's awards show, though by a slimmer margin – 3.3 million viewers for Reed, compared to 2.9 million for Keyshia and Daniel.
