The Carters are offering you the opportunity to win a lifetime of tickets to their concerts. All you have to do is embrace a plant-based diet.

Beyoncé announced the contest on Thursday via her Instagram page.

The contest is a promotion for the newest book by the Carters' health guru, Marco Borges. As Blavity reported, the book, called The Greenprint, challenges readers to eat a vegan diet.

To enter the contest, contestants must visit Greenprint's site and agree to eat a certain number of plant-based meals over a given period. Options include going all in with an all-inclusive vegan diet, only eating plant-based food at work, having two plant-based meals a day, opting for plant-based on weekdays, plant-based for breakfast and practicing meatless Mondays.

After pledging, contestants will be entered in a drawing to win tickets to every Beyoncé or Jay-Z concert for life. (Or, as CBS reports after going through the fine print, for the next 30 years.)

If you're looking to copy your favorite songstress, meatless Mondays and plant-based breakfasts appear to be Bey's way of participating in the challenge, according to her Instagram posts.

Jay and Bey have embraced the vegan lifestyle. In the forward to Borges' new book, the couple wrote of their desire to become spokespeople for plant-based diets.

"We used to think of health as a diet – some worked for us, some didn’t," the couple wrote. "Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible.”

Hopeful winners have until April 22 to enter the contest, and winners will be announced on May 22.
