Beyoncé is on the final leg of her Renaissance World Tour, and there are whispers that a visual album may finally be released after being secretly shot this year.

When Beyoncé dropped Renaissance, it marked the first time she didn’t have visuals to accompany a project, which shocked the BeyHive. At the time of the album’s release, a press release stated the Ivy Park creator “decided to lead without visuals giving fans the opportunity to be limitless in their expansive listening journey,” and visuals were “scheduled for a later date.”

On Thursday, Above The Line reported the “Cuff It” singer shot a video directed by British filmmaker Nadia Lee Cohen. The media outlet also disclosed that a source shared that Parkwood Entertainment is pitching the visual masterpiece to multiple studios in hopes of finding it a home.

The source claimed the visuals for Beyoncé’s eighth album are in the same realm, if not better, as the visual feature-length films for Lemonade and Black Is King.

“It’s a visual album movie, but it’s like an art film, and I’ve also heard it’s better than Black Is King,” according to Above The Line’s source.

Above The Line also reported that the visual album was finished at least six months ago but is still on the shelf because the studios still need to pick it up. The unknown source revealed why no one has offered or agreed to a deal to premiere it exclusively because of the “price and lack of replay value for the casual viewer” or “maybe Beyoncé didn’t like how it turned out?”

The BeyHive guessed that music videos were on the way when Cohen posted a picture of her and Paul Reubens signed “To Nadia, Love Beyonce” on her Instagram.
