It's almost been a week since the Kardashian clan's only son, Rob Kardashian, broke the internet by posting a series of sexually explicit images of Blac Chyna on Instagram and Twitter. And the former couple is still heating up the headlines.

Viewers pulled up a seat and pulled out the popcorn to watch as the former stripper and now reality star, dressed in all black business attire, told Good Morning America what she plans to do now that Kardashian has posted those pictures without her consent to social media.

"How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me and I'm like, 'Wow, OK.' Like, this is a person that I trusted, I confide in," said Blac Chyna. "I had felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know. I felt … betrayed."

Lisa Bloom, one of Blac Chyna's lawyers, tweeted over the weekend that Chyna will file a restraining order against Rob and that she will be seeking legal action against him for violating California's revenge porn laws.

Revenge porn is illegal in 24 states, including California, and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in prison.

Bloom is a women's rights attorney who is known mostly for her recent representation of Kathy Griffin and the alleged victims of Bill Cosby and Donald Trump.

This is not Bloom's first revenge porn rodeo. Just last month, the attorney represented actress Mischa Barton, winning a case against Barton's ex-boyfriend, who tried to sell a sex tape of Barton post-breakup.

Things are moving quickly in the Blac Chyna case. This week, USA Today reported that the court has granted Blac Chyna a restraining order against her ex.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte issued the order pending a hearing set for August 8.

"First and foremost, I want to thank the judge for granting me this restraining order to protect me and I want to [get] back to co-parenting Dream," Chyna said outside the courthouse, Dream being the daughter she had with Kardashian.

"Attempting to slut shame the mother of his child is truly sick behavior as the law recognizes. I encourage Ms. Chyna to stand up for her rights as a woman to control which images of her own body will be made public," Bloom said.

Responding to critics who believe that Kardashian simply did something that Blac Chyna herself has done, Chyna starkly illustrated the difference between her posting provocative photos of herself and photos being leaked without her permission.

"I'm going to draw the line at, I'm Angela White. I'm Blac Chyna. I can do whatever I want," she said. "It's my body."

Chyna also stated in the interview that she did not use her relationship with Kardashian as a ploy to seek money and fame.

"I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians. Nobody was out to make a baby out of spite," she said before concluding that she "was devastated" by Kardashian's actions.
