What are you doing to manage your anxiety? According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, some  helpful solutions include exercising, getting adequate sleep and volunteerism. In light of COVID-19 drastically changing the ways with which everyone navigates life, we wanted to give you free game. We've compiled a list of 11 Instagram accounts to put your anxiety at ease during this difficult time.

Did you party at Club Quarantine this weekend with Michelle Obama, Halle Berry and Rihanna? If not, you weren’t missed as there were up to 105,000 viewers at one point. On Saturday, DJ D-Nice hosted a virtual party via Instagram Live, where listeners were able to enjoy the ambiance of a club — from their couch. While social distancing has been recommended to fight COVID-19, it surely didn’t stop Club Quarantine.

Would you consider yourself classy, bougie or ratchet? You can see how other people have answered on Megan Thee Stallion’s Instagram page. Last week, the Houston rapper unveiled the #SavageChallenge after seeing a fan’s Tik Tok video, slaying a choreographed routine to Thee Stallion’s newest song “Savage.” The challenge has gone viral with Instagram users all over the world partaking in it, gaining the stamp of approval from the savage herself. Go ahead and get your twerk on with everyone else!

3. @trapvinyasa

Blending hip-hop and yoga might seem like a stretch, but this Instagram account does it effortlessly. Seeking to promote body positivity and sensuality, this underground hip-hop community infuses trap music and asana to empower people of all shapes and sizes. If you’re looking for the opportunity to jam out while strengthening your body, look no further. Yoga practitioners at every skill level are encouraged to give it a try.

4. @lalamilan

Before LaLa Milan starred in BET’s hit show Boomerang, her career was taking off on Instagram. That being said, if you’re looking for belly aching laughs to fight your anxiety, she’s your girl. Since the public onset of COVID-19, Milan has released a handful of original content looking at the disease from a comedic point of view. Her latest Instagram video? A music video entitled “F**k Corona” in which she spits bar for bar why the Coronavirus is having a negative impact on her. The influencer’s Instagram page may get you to laugh or inspire you to come up with your own rhymes — either way, you’ll be entertained.

5. @thebsimone

How are you using this quarantine to stack your coins? If you need some inspiration, go ahead and check out B. Simone’s page. The comedian and budding makeup mogul recently revealed that she’s embarking on a “Road to a Million” challenge. The internet personality’s goal is to become a millionaire before April 5, which is her 30th birthday. To meet this goal, she’s participating in a number of daily money making activities. Her ventures range from selling her old school car to merchandising makeup from her cosmetics line. With the challenge aligning with the  quarantine, it might be the inspiration we need in our own lives.

6. @theunapologeticallybrownseries

Building community is essential and it doesn’t have to be limited to in-person interactions. The Unapologetic Street Series is a visual experience led by Queer people of color that merges storytelling and public spaces to coalesce into a transformative Instagram experience. No one really knows how long the quarantine will last so consider building alliances with new friends in the digital sphere. It’s never too late to make a friend!

7. @blvckvrchives

The Black experience is dynamic, transcending generations. If you find yourself wanting to go down a rabbit hole in search of that richness, check out this account. Paying homage to many eras, generations and divergent time periods, @blvckvrchives hosts a collection of Black people and experiences. The account is curated in a way that will give you a deep dive into history, from the tips of your fingers. You might even find some of your relatives featured!

8. @thedanielleyoung

One of the best aspects of #BlackGirlMagic is  you can find it anywhere Black women are featured. That’s just what content creator, Danielle Young, embodies on her Instagram page. Whether she’s interviewing celebrities like Oprah and Taraji P. Henson on the red carpet or moderating discussions about Black Hollywood, Young’s content is inspirational to say the least. 9. @iamtabithabrown

One way to be efficient during this quarantine is to refine those cooking skills. Tabitha Brown has taken it upon herself to help you with that. Brown frequently shares recipes of vegan-friendly dishes that are sure to make you the potluck favorite, when we’re able to have them again. Close that UberEats app and put on your apron because Brown is taking us to school — cooking school that is.

We should all be able to agree that Black Love is spectacular, right? You may have seen some of your faves, like Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker, on the OWN docuseries Black Love. But have you checked out their Instagram account? A digital extension of the docuseries, the Black Love IG handle features stories from Black people from all over the world. The account expands on Black love by discussing self-love, relationships and so much more.

11. @devonfranklin

For those of us that are faith-based, this quarantine provides the perfect opportunity to pray and reflect on life. If you’re in need of a jumpstart, tap in with New York Times’ Best Selling Author, Devon Franklin. Franklin routinely posts prayers and affirmations that will put your mind at ease about a number of subjects. His prayers can sometimes feel as if they’re tailor-made to your specific situation.
