When you order a piping hot plate of wings, you shouldn't have to tell your server to hold the racism.

Buffalo Wild Wings trended on Twitter Friday after a hacker reportedly took control of their account and released a slew of profane-laced, racist tweets aimed at various people online.

In the now-deleted thread of tweets, the alleged hacker repeatedly used the n-word. One tweet, featuring the symbol/moniker associated with Ice Poseidon, called activist and filmmaker Tariq Nasheed a "racist coon." Nasheed and his family were victims to a swatting incident, which he believed was a targeted assassination in connection to a group of white nationalists, reports Atlanta Black Star.

“They were told that there were bombs in the house and that I had my wife kidnapped and tied up,” he told Fox 11. “It was just a whole thing they made up, and the police kind of suspected it could be a swatting thing.”

Another tweet targeted young British girl Madeleine McCann who vanished during a trip in Portugal in 2007. Take a look at some of the screenshots:

As the tweets became more racist, the engagement rate went up. USA TODAY reports the string of tweets began sometime around 7:30 p.m. and went unchecked for nearly 20 minutes.

"Buffalo Wild Wings’ Twitter account was hacked," the company told USA TODAY in a statement. "We’re sorry that our fans had to see those awful posts, which obviously did not come from us. We are in touch with our Twitter representatives and will pursue the appropriate action against the individuals involved."
