Social media influencer Celina Powell has reportedly threatened legal action against Twitch streamer Deshae Frost after he alleged that the internet personality gave him herpes following their livestreamed kiss.

Details on Celina Powell’s cease and desist letter to Deshae Frost

According to TMZ, Powell’s lawyers sent Frost a cease and desist letter after he accused her of sexual assault and giving him a sexually transmitted disease after their viral interaction.

Powell’s attorney, Rebecca R. Bordoli, demanded that Frost stop making “defamatory, defamatory per se, harmful, and false statements” about the 30-year-old model. The letter states further that Frost, 25, went on a livestream on Jan. 26 and accused Powell of giving him the STD.

Her legal team said that the streamer’s allegations against her are “completely devoid of factual support” and have “no merit whatsoever.”

Additionally, they stated that under Florida law, anyone who falsely accuses someone of a crime or having an infectious disease is considered libel, with damages expected, according to TMZ.

The letter demands Frost to retract his statements on all social media platforms where he made the claims and a formal apology within 10 days or they file a lawsuit.

What did Frost say about Powell and the STD claim?

On Thursday, media outlet No Jumper shared a livestream clip of Frost, with him wearing a face mask and then uncovering it to reveal what appears to be lesions near his mouth, according to HotNewHipHop.

“It’s not that bad right chat?” Frost asked his viewers. “It’s not that bad?” While Frost jokingly insinuated that Powell gave him herpes after their viral kiss last week, she provided receipts, claiming that Frost was in on the smooch and that it was planned.

The incident first happened as Powell and Frost were riding around in a car when she suddenly kissed him on the lips. “Do we have a connection now?” Powell asked afterward, to which Frost looked at her while holding his face and screamed, “Oh my God!” and cried.

In Frost’s livestream, he stated that Powell “did not” do that “sh*t” to him and that she was a cool, great person that he was never sexually intimate with. “I think I slept on the wrong side of my pillow or something,” he said.

Powell on Frost’s fake lip infection: ‘I’m done letting people do this to me’

Powell responded to the jokes, providing screenshots of text messages Frost sent to her about the planned kiss during the stream. LiveBitez obtained those screenshots, showing Powell texting Frost: “When do you want me to say kiss me lol” and he responded, “Go ahead,” adding, “You just gotta do it,” according to The Shade Room.

Powell provided additional details about the incident, stating that she was unaware the outcome would have turned out the way it did.

“I didn’t know he was gonna act like that after the kiss & after stream he said don’t worry tomorrow when we stream again I’ll say it was planned,” Powell wrote in an Instagram post, per The Shade Room. “Never cleared my name but instead hired prosthetics team to put bumps on you…I get it’s easy to troll me and make me seem like something I’m not, but I’m done letting people do this to me.”

In follow-up posts, Powell referred to herself as “Mrs. Last Laugh,” and Frost took it too far with the makeup.

“I dealt with the world saying I SA someone for 3 days straight and kept it P…but putting bumps on you is taking it way too far & then thinking it’s funny is even more crazier when I’m the one taking the heat for a stunt YOU pulled,” Powell said.

Another viral clip of Frost showed him stating that Powell was both texting and posting on social media. He claimed Powell had threatened to sue him, according to The Shade Room.

“Damn slim we supposed to be cool,” Frost said, adding that she has nothing to hold him to other than the fact that she knew about the fake lip infection before he shared it online.
