Reneé Rapp enlisted none other than Coco Jones for the remix to her single, “Tummy Hurts,” out today. The artist and actor released the deluxe edition of her album Snow Angel, which originally dropped in August 2022 and now features four additional songs.
On the track, Rapp and Jones share the qualms that come with the ending of a relationship.
“Now my tummy hurts, he’s in love with her / But for what it’s worth, they’d make beautiful babies / And raise them up to be a couple of f*cking monsters like their mother and their father,” Rapp sings on the chorus.

Jones takes on the second verse, in which she calls out a man for lying.
“Baby, go open a Bible / ‘Cause God knows that sin is a cycle,” she sings. “Lied to my face, it’s your hobby / Boy, you fine as hell for a psycho / When do they pay for the cost of their choice? / Never ’cause that’s just them boy being boys.”
Rapp took to social media to share the release of the deluxe album and highlight Jones’ participation.
“Coco Jones, it’s like you were made to be on this track,” she wrote.
Jones was recently nominated for five Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist, Best R&B Album, Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song and Best Traditional R&B Performance. The news comes after the release of her first studio EP in a decade, What I Didn’t Tell You, which features the platinum record “ICU.” The 25-year-old has also been starring as Ashley Banks on the reboot of Bel-Air and has been signed to Def Jam and WME Agency since 2022.
In the past, Jones has collaborated with other artists such as Justin Timberlake and Brent Faiyaz. On Rapp’s end, it isn’t her first time collaborating with R&B artists. She recently brought Bryson Tiller out on stage at one of her shows, and covered Destiny’s Child’s “Dangerously In Love” with Jennifer Hudson.
