The song is taken from DJ Khaled's upcoming album, Grateful. Sampling "Maria Maria" by Santana (and infamously produced by Wyclef Jean), the video depicts Khaled, Rihanna and Tiller in a vibrant scene, and seems to be a recreation of the video of the song it samples.
