Wendy Williams is still on hiatus from The Wendy Williams Show, giving CNN anchor Don Lemon the honor of hosting this week's episodes.
Lemon delivered the popular "hot topics" with four other co-hosts including Judge Faith Jenkins, Juicy Scoop podcast host Heather Mcdonald and senior correspondent at Variety Elizabeth Wagmeister.
According to OK Magazine, Lemon opened up Monday's show by stating Wendy would not return until next week.
“Wendy is on the mend. She will be back next Monday,” Lemon said. “We love you Wendy, we’re rooting for you, we want you to be back, we want you to be 400 percent.”
Williams shared a photo of the hosts on Instagram and thanked them for filling in on her behalf.
"Thank you @Donlemoncnn, @Judgefaithjenkins, @HeatherMcdonaldand @ewagmeister for spilling all the tea today," she wrote.
Variety reported Williams suffered a fracture in her upper arm that delayed her scheduled December 17 taping. She returned to the show the following day but was under scrutiny from fans after displaying strange behavior during her December 20 taping. She took to Instagram to apologize for the episode and explained she took pain medication to combat the pain of the injury.
"I’ve never broken a bone or experienced a fracture in my life. In the key place where the fracture is, and trying to scurry around and do too much, I am now paying the price. I've never taken a pain medication in my life (except when I got snatched over 20 years ago) until this week," she wrote.
"I promise you a better Wendy in 2019. I will get some much-needed rest and healing over these next couple of weeks," she continued.
The 54-year-old's hiatus also arrives amid cheating allegations.
According to the Daily Mail, Williams' husband, Kevin Hunter, has had an affair with mistress Sharina Hudson for more than 10 years. The publication captured photos of Hudson wearing a diamond ring and reported the couple has been living together while Hunter splits time co-parenting with Williams.
In another post on Instagram, the former radio personality stated she would return to work on January 21. In the meantime, the show would fill in "hot talkers."
"To our loyal Wendy Watchers – To allow enough time for her shoulder recovery, Wendy will now return on Monday, January 21. Starting this Monday, January 14 we will be LIVE with a week of panels of your favorite “Hot Talkers!” We love you for watching," she captioned the post.
