Sophie Wilde is joining Nicole Kidman, Antonio Banderas, Harris Dickinson and Jean Reno in Halina Rejin’s upcoming erotic thriller Babygirl. The film brings Reijn back with A24 after her latest film, Bodies Bodies Bodies, and her debut film, Instinct, which A24 acquired.

Much of the film is still under wraps except for the simple logline of a successful CEO beginning “an illicit affair with her much younger intern.” Reijn also wrote the screenplay and will produce via MAN UP Film.

Other producers include 2AM’s David Hinojosa and A24, which is financing. 2AM’s Julia Oh, Zach Nutman and Christine D’Souza Gelb executive produce.

Wilde was recently seen in the series adaptation of Tom Jones, based on the book The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling by Henry Fielding. The series aired as a part of PBS Masterpiece earlier this year. She has also starred in the A24 horror film Talk to Me and the series You Don’t Know Me. She can currently be seen in the Netflix series, Everything Now.
