Among the best beats to hit lately, Doechii dropped a scorching freestyle in her buzz-worthy twist of Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE standout, “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM.”

In a TikTok uploaded in March, the rising star teased her verse to add to the track, hinting at her involvement with the song’s official remix.

However, Beyoncé tapped Doechii’s former label mate, Kendrick Lamar, for the “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM” remix instead, which was released last month. The project has since received a lot of love and remained in heavy rotation.

Now, our Swamp Princess may not have gotten the official tap from Queen Bey herself — that we know of —  but the Florida native pledged allegiance to the Beyhive from the confines of a recording studio in her own version of the hit track.

The fiery freestyle set the internet ablaze following its upload to her YouTube account yesterday, adding to the hit track’s momentum.

Doechii’s twist on the upbeat hit pairs clever yet witty bars with signature comedic rhymes over an infectious beat of the Over-The-Dream and Mike Dean-produced track.

“Too much, h*e, don’t do too much / Pullin’ up in a Magic City in an Uber / Pockets fatter than a motherf**in’ fupa / When I enter Magic City, b**ches group up / Off White head-to-toe like the Ku Klan / Diamonds on dance, dance, revolution,” she raps.

Doechii’s most recent offering was she / her / black b**ch, a five-track release from back in August 2022, which peaked at No. 23 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart. The EP boasted contributions from Jst Ray, Rico Nasty and SZA — the last of whom hopped on the official remix of “Persuasive.”

The freestyle also lands as the TDE signee’s stardom increases amid the success of her single “What It Is (Block Boy),” which she included a collab of with Kodak Black

The “Persuasive” songstress’s recent collaborations include the likes of “Xtasy (Remix)” by Ravyn Lenae, “Girls Night Out” by Babyface, “Pro Freak” by Smino and more.

The “Crazy” rapper has also been booked and busy at festival stages across the country over the last few months, among which included two iconic shows at Coachella.

Arriving on the heels of the official remix with Kendrick Lamar, this previously-teased drop marks Doechii’s second arrival in the past few days. In Janelle Monae’s The Age of Pleasure album, the 24-year-old dazzles on “Phenomenal.”

It’s no secret the rap artist draws inspiration from Queen Bey, even citing Beyoncé as a career goal in an interview with Billboard back in February.

“By year five, I want to be at my peak. I want to be in my ‘Sasha Fierce’ era, the top of my game with still a long way to go — but I want to reach my prime and never leave it,” she said.

While there’s no word yet from the original collaborators of the hit, fans are going wild for Doechii’s contribution and hope for her involvement in one of Bey’s tracks in the future.
