Tyler Lepley and Eva Marcille are stars of the upcoming Lifetime television film, Pushed Off a Plane and Survived.
Per Lifetime, the film brings back the team from Lifetime’s Buried Alive and Survived, and is “inspired by real stories,” reuniting Marcille and Lepley, who starred together in the aforementioned film.
The film, which is not a sequel and takes on a new story, follows Jaynie (Marcille), “who miraculously cheats death after her husband Cole’s (Lepley) betrayal. A skydiving trip turns into a nightmare when she plummets 4,000 feet from the sky… only to survive against all odds. As she recovers from her devastating injuries, what appeared to be a tragic accident soon unravels into a chilling tale of deception and survival. Determined to expose the man she once loved as a con artist, Jaynie fights to uncover his web of lies and bring him to justice before it’s too late.”
The film is produced by Swirl Films, with Eric Tomosunas, Manu Boyer and Ron Robinson executive producing.
Boyer is also the film’s director, and the script was written by Gregory Small and Richard Blaney.
