South of WilshireFox Television Stations are partnering with Harvey Levin and the producers of Warner Bros.’ "TMZ Live" series to test a new game show titled "South of Wilshire," which is set in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw District, in Dulan’s, a soul food restaurant in the neighborhood. 

In the half-hour series, contestants will use given clues to guess the identity of various celebrities who are associated with the area. Diners will also serve as the show’s contestants, who will be given fun videos to watch and clues to solve to figure out what celebrity is being featured during each episode. The final clue will be offered by the disguised celebrity him or herself.

“Interesting and different, within a sustainable economic model. That’s what we’re after, and that’s what we think ‘South Of Wilshire’ delivers,” Fox TV Stations senior VP Frank Cicha said in announcing the test.

"South of Wilshire" will launch an 8-week test run starting on January 4, 2016, on a handful of Fox stations, include those in major markets like New York and Los Angeles.

The series will be produced by Harvey Levin and Ryan Regan.

The TMZ machine continues to diversify from its original launch 10 years ago. It currently has three TV shows on the air: "TMZ," "TMZ Live" and "TMZ Sports." TMZ also offers a tour all around Hollywood, and TMZ-themed slot machines are debuting in Las Vegas.
