After R. Kelly's surprise arrest on Thursday in Chicago, rumors swirled online about the fate of his Chicago Trump Tower apartment and his two girlfriends who lived there: Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary.

Kelly was indicted on 13 counts — which included child porn, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice —and was picked up by federal marshals while he walked his dog. He is currently being held in Illinois but will be sent to New York to face another five charges handed down by a Brooklyn federal court.

Initial news reports suggested that Savage and Clary were forced out of Kelly's Trump International Hotel and Tower apartment in Chicago after his arrest. But the two women sent a video to TMZ explaining their situation and refuting reports that they had been kicked out.

They even turned the camera out to show the view from their Trump Tower apartment and said they could "come and go freely."

The two women thanked Kelly's fans and said everything would work out.

The video was startling to many considering what happened on Friday, when Savage's father Timothy tearfully broke up a press conference held by Kelly's spokesman Darrell Johnson. Timothy demanded to know where his daughter was and had to be pulled away by other family members.

The parents of both women have spent years trying to free their daughters from Kelly, but both young women have repeatedly come out to say they are not being held against their will.

Despite the numerous charges hanging over Kelly on a range of horrific acts, the two women have stuck by him and shot down rumors floated by their parents that they may be in a suicide pact together.

Kelly is now facing two sets of federal charges on top of the 10 state charges he's facing in Illinois. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office charged him with five counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and two counts of criminal sexual assault.

He was rearrested last week after members of his own inner circle turned on him and handed over 20 videos he had personally taken that shows him having sex with multiple minors on different occasions.

They have accused him of physically and sexually abusing young girls for more than a decade, with one of the charges relating back to a specific instance where he gave a child an infectious venereal disease.
