You’ve probably heard the sayings “summer bodies are made in the winter” and
“abs are made in the kitchen.” You are what you eat and one of the quickest ways to see your results from hitting the gym is to eat clean. Clean eating means you’re limiting the amount of processed foods that you eat and eating more “real food.” Grilled steak or chicken salad is a meal that’s quick and easily rings in at under $15. Nothing beats the ease and simplicity of a good salad. It’s delicious, has plenty of healthy vegetables and protein and it’ll last for a few days and it won’t put a dent in your wallet each time you make one.

Enjoy!
