In the clip, Rae was hyped to see her TV-turned-real-life bestie. The video shows the two dancing and giving each other a big hug. But all viewers could comment on was Rae’s midsection.
“Issa Rae & husband Louis Diame are Expecting!” one user replied.
“I been said it. I AM if it’s true,” another added. “Issa as a mom. I can feel that. She gonna be an amazing mommy. She’s gonna be a mom who isn’t insecure.”
But Rae was quick to shut them down.
The actress took to her Twitter to let fans know she is not expecting. And, of course, her response to the rumors was everything.
“I am not pregnant, f**kyouverymuch,” she wrote on Twitter. “LET A B*TCH EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY.”
