It looks like Childish Gambino is coming for any and everything all 2018.

Earlier this month, he announced the premiere date for the second season of his hit TV show, Atlanta. As for his musical talents, it was announced on Monday, January 22, that singer/actor/rapper Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino signed a new recording and label deal with RCA Records. His current agency/label, Wolf + Rothstein, are also apart of the deal.

“Donald is undoubtedly one of the most talented, multi-faceted, young entertainers of this era,” RCA Chairman/CEO Peter Edge shared of the signing in an exclusive interview with Variety. “We are excited to join forces with him and Wolf + Rothstein to usher in the next phase of Childish Gambino’s musical career.”

Wolf + Rothstein is the creative agency that helped create Gambino's third studio album, "Awaken My Love!" That same album gave us the smash hit single, "Redbone", and is nominated for five Grammy Awards: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Traditional R&B Performance, Best R&B Song and Best Urban Contemporary Album. They believe this partnership will help elevate Gambino's career to a new level.

“Being malleable is important to us, and that’s what this partnership allows. Also, it was about that time,” Fam Rothstein said. Julian K. Petty, Partner, Nixon Peabody LLP adds: “This partnership is a real commitment to artistry and the future of music. I’m happy I could play a small part in helping put it together.”

Childish Gambino is set to perform at the 60th Grammy Awards on January 28.
