Per usual, the "D" is out here wreaking havoc, casting spells, and seducing even the most strong-willed queens in the game to pay it homage. Began by New Orleans rapper GameOva Reedy, the #ForTheDChallenge has enticed the likes of Issa Rae, Regina Hall, Erykah Badu, Sanaa Lathan, and our beloved Cardi B to the interwebs with personalized anthems to the mesmerizing power of the properly laid "D." Just when we thought we couldn't take another inch of the online shenanigans, Jenifer Lewis came through like only she can, to shut down the #ForTheDChallenge henceforth and forever more.
Dressed in character as Jackie, from the 1999 iconic television movie Jackie's Back! , she took to Instagram with a little ditty of her own. Much too seasoned to allow the "D" to blur her focus, Auntie Jenifer flipped the challenge to promote her latest project.
