The 60th Grammy Awards aired on Sunday night in New York and brought the heat by opening up with a dope performance from Kendrick Lamar.

Before the show began, Kendrick Lamar scored big by landing four awards: Best Music Video, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his song HUMBLE. He also won Best Rap/Sung Performance for his song LOYALTY feat. Rihanna.

Bruno Mars also took three awards before the show began, starting with Best R&B song for That's What I Like.

The song also took home Best R&B Performance. 

Lastly, Bruno Mars takes home Best R&B Album for "24K Magic."

Childish Gambino took home Best Traditional R&B Performance while the Weeknd wonBest Urban Contemporary Album for Starboy.
