TMZ reports that Lil Wayne was found unconscious in his hotel room at the Westin on Michigan Avenue after suffering at least one seizure. He was rushed to Northwestern Memorial, where he suffered yet another seizure.
While his team tried to have him discharged late Sunday afternoon so he could make it to his Vegas show, doctors advised against it. Wayne is supposed to perform at Drai's Beachclub in Vegas at midnight alongside Rae Sremmurd, although it's unclear if he's still grounded or not right now.
Wayne has suffered from epilepsy for years and the seizures come as a result. So far no other word about his condition has been released. We and many Weezy fans are hoping for a speedy recovery.
