Earlier this year, Saul Williams’ MartyrLoserKing dropped via FADER Label. The concept album follows a story about an activist hacker in the African country Burundi and is full of politically charged content.
Masego does some work behind the boards and drops some vocals on this one, flipping The Noise Came From Here, one of the stand out cuts on the album. He breaks out his saxophone riffs in certain parts of the song, also adding some melodic and rhythmic percussion to jazz up the vibe.
The single is going to be released for sale on on March 25th, but you can stream Masego’s flip on Saul Williams’ Soundcloud.
