Megan Thee Stallion has filed a lawsuit against a content creator for harassment and cyberbullying. According to Megan’s representatives, YouTuber Milagro Gramz (Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) carried out a public campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements” about the rapper. Per the complaint, Gramz said Megan was “churning out falsehoods” when she accused Tory Lanez of shooting her in the foot.

Gramz allegedly shared a pornographic “deepfake” of Megan — which violates a Florida law banning “altered sexual depictions” of real individuals, per the rapper’s lawyers.

“Enough is enough,” Megan’s attorneys at the Quinn Emanuel law firm stated, per Billboard. “Ms. Pete — a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide — will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

Gramz, who is accused of invasion of privacy, cyberstalking and intentional infliction of emotional distress, briefly responded to the complaint in a statement posted to X, formerly Twitter.

“I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion: ‘We are filing a civil action against you concerning your campaign of harassment and cyberbullying and the false comments you made regarding Ms. Pete…..the plaintiff is aware of your conspiratorial with Mr. Peterson and knows you are a paid surrogate of Mr. Peterson…..'” the tweet read. “Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too.”

According to People, the lawsuit states that Gramz accused Megan of having a “severe drinking problem” and questioned her “mental status.” She also called her an “angry Black woman” and a “lying ass hoe,” the complaint adds. In addition, the lawsuit states that Gramz falsely said “the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the Trial because it was missing.”

“The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department,” Megan’s lawyers stated, per People.

Although Lanez is sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Megan, Gramz is continually doubting the crime, the complaint states.

People reported that Megan’s legal team is seeking “‘monetary damages,’ plus Megan’s ‘attorneys’ fees and costs’ as well as ‘a permanent injunction barring Defendant Cooper from any future use or publication of intimate visual depictions of her.'”

In a statement obtained by People, Megan said: “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”
