Michelle Williams has some words of wisdom for Cardi B.

The former member of Destiny’s Child wrote a tribute to Bardi for Variety, and it’s full of advice that could help anyone.

Williams said she “didn’t hesitate” when she was asked to write a tribute to the “Bodak Yellow” rapper.

“I fell in love with your authenticity. I love that you have been so real in sharing your struggles, pain, excitement and triumphs. You show the world, that yes, you’re doing good and are on top of the world, but you are still human,” Williams wrote.

The “Say Yes” singer wants Bardi to remember the hunger that brought her success, and encouraged her to allow that to be her motivation.

“Remember why you started, and when anything or anybody tries to get you off track, the three words 'Remember the why' will keep you focused. Remember all the young girls who feel so unqualified to do great things because of their past — they are looking to you,” she wrote.

Williams also shared advice Destiny’s Child received from the iconic Janet Jackson.

“She told us to enjoy the places we go to. She said this will go by so fast, and when you look back you don’t want to regret that you didn’t enjoy all the fabulous places that this life will take you,” she said.

Williams admitted there were times she forgot to stop and take it all in.

“So, make sure you go to the Eiffel Tower, eat all the buttery croissants when you’re in Paris, ride the double-decker buses in London, take safaris when you go to Africa,” Williams continued. “Don’t let work and promotions consume your time to the point where it’s all a whirlwind and you look back and say, ‘Dang, I’ve been to Paris seven times and didn’t go to the Eiffel Tower.’ I regret that!”

The gospel star ended the letter with advice we’ve all received from our mamas and grandmas.

“I will finish this tribute by saying keep God first in all that you do. My favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:6: ‘In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path,’” Williams wrote.

Cardi also has a fan in fellow emcee and former Love and Hip-Hop co-star Remy Ma. The “Conceited” rapper spilled a little tea about her relationship with Cardi during her visit to The Wendy Williams Show.

“When we usually speak, it’s not like a whole gossip thing or whatever. It’s usually always words of encouragement. ‘Girl, don’t worry about that. Girl, this will blow over.’ Or, ‘You look great in Paris. Congratulations on the baby.’ Things like that,” she said.

“I don’t think either one of us really dwells on the negative stuff. So much positive things is going on in both of our lives right now that we have way more positive than negative to talk about.”
