Aside from her recent 82-pound weight loss, there hasn’t been any news about Mo’Nique for quite a while. That is until now.

Media reports have come out stating that Mo’Nique is currently in pre-production for a pilot episode of a potential new show for BET. Exactly what the show will be – a new talk show, a comedy series or something else altogether – has yet to be revealed.

As you recall, she starred in her own talk/music/comedy show for BET back in 2009-2011, although there were rumored tensions behind the camera, and both she and the network reportedly did not part ways amicably.

However, it seems that they both have decided to let bygones be bygones, and have resumed their relationship in a new partnership.
