A group of protesters brought out a mariachi band to further embarrass a disgraced lawyer who yelled at restaurant workers for speaking Spanish.

Nearly 100 or more protesters stood in front of Aaron Schlossberg's apartment in the Upper West Side neighborhood of New York City chanting, "Ole, Ole! Throw him out!" all the while free tacos from Jade Sixty were being passed out. A five-man band donning black and silver costumes played traditional Mexican songs pumping up the crowd.

“I support my fellow immigrants. My family are immigrants,” band member Alvaro Paulino told The New York Post.

Earlier last week, video of Schlossberg's rant aimed at workers speaking Spanish at a Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue went viral sparking calls for the lawyer to be disbarred.

“Every person I listen to — he spoke [Spanish], he spoke it, she’s speaking it — it’s America!” he shouted at the employees.

Schlossberg then proceeded to berate the workers and threatened to call ICE agents on them, all while disrupting the establishment during lunchtime.

“My guess is they’re not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country,” he raged. “If they have the balls to come here and live off of my money — I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here — the least they can do is speak English.”

Protesters were not letting this fly. In the days following his viral tirade, the lawyer was booted from his law office and other racist instances from him were discovered, which forced Schlossberg to hide in shame.

Social justice group Millennials for Revolution raised $1,094 from a GoFundMe campaign to sponsor the band and tacos for the protest.

“We’re basically clapping back at this fool,” Chris Thompson, 40, an electrical engineer from Manhattan, told The New York Post.

The protest was only the tip of the iceberg, they won't stop until more is done.

“Without the Latinos, there wouldn’t be a hospitality industry [in New York.] How dare this mother f**ker. How dare he,” said protester Stratis Morfogen, 50. “He should be disbarred.”
